Goreme, Cappadocia — 3 nights

Famed for its landscape of unusually shaped stone formations and churches cut into the natural rocks, Goreme sits in the central part of the country, an area originally settled during Roman times.
Get in touch with nature at Derinkuyu Yeralti Sehri and Balloon Rides. Goreme National Park and Goreme Open-Air Museum will appeal to history buffs. There's more to do: take a pleasant ride with a tour on horseback.
