Nestled in a serene setting of a landscaped park, Chao Mae Kuan Im Shrine is a small Chinese-style Buddhist temple offering great view of the mountains. Dedicated to the goddess of compassion, the temple was built in 1992. Notice the ornate golden statues of Chinese dragons and warriors. In January, May, and August each year, devotees come to the temple to attend the three main festivals.
