Danai Spa at Tanjung Bungah Penang, Tanjung Bungah

I just got a free danai treatment for my birthday but when i called to make my appt, i was surprised to hear that they do not conduct rtk test for their staff on periodic basis. For a spa business that spends more than 1 hr with their client in a closed environment, one would expect them to consider their client's peace of mind. Other facial or spa establishment i go to practices this, they test their staff 1x a week to safeguard their clients and themselves so i am puzzled why danai choose to skip this, esp when omicron is so rampant. To make matters worse, danai insists that i use the voucher in feb bcoz it is only valid for birthday month else it will be forfeited. So i will hv to bear the loss just because they dun see the accountability to safeguard their clients. The person in charge said she will call me back later but till now there's no sign of the return call.

Good ambiance, strong yet gentle masseur. A terrific blissful experience.
