Pantai Redang, Sekinchan

The beach is kind of small, dirty & the water was very murky & brown. It was windy & pleasant to just stroll around the area. There are a few tree houses around the place which provided some entertainment for the kids. The wishing tree is also just a few steps away. Some nice Sekinchan signs for snapshots. I think it would be nice to fish there (didn't try) & have a short picnic but don't even think about going for a swim or playing with the sand.

A small stretch of sand along the main town of Sekinchan. Locate at the mouth of the small river where the fishing village is located. Water is a little muddy due to the near distance to the river. The sand is averagely clean. Parking is available for most part on a non busy weekday. From the beach, one can walk along and see the parked fishing boats. And there are plenty of stalls selling food, souvenirs, snacks, drinks etc. Most of the food shops probably open later in the evening. Nice windy place with places to sit, and it should be popular with locals and visitors in the evening time.
