Wat Wanararm, Langkawi

Wat Wanararm offers a peaceful and colorful setting where you can meditate or marvel at numerous Buddha statues and traditional architecture. The temple complex contains a landscaped garden with a fish pond, little pagodas, and prayer wheels, with eight stupas each representing a different Buddhist quality. The site also features a sizable white marble statue of the Goddess of Mercy, Kuan Yin, placed against the rocky hillside as if it's been carved directly out of it.
