Lovely area and the biggest Chinatown in all of Japan. Countless restaurants that basically all serve the same, but beware, the quality varies immensely on a place by place basis. We have a favorite place that serves great food and looks nice, another restaurant just 2 buildings to the left serves utter trash straight from the freezer. Great area for an inner city walk, and make sure to combine it with a visit of nearby Yamashita Park for flowers and seaside views.

You can’t miss visiting Chinatown in Yokohama. It has many food options and street food vendors to choose from. They have a couple colorful temples to visit and also souvenir shops. It is very vibrant and clean. We went on a Saturday and it was packed, they have parking lots all around or take the train.
