I love this park. It's big, central, easy to get to and an immediate escape from the big city business (if you feel like a break from that of course ^^) This park houses a number of museums and Ueno Zoo (big and cheap). There's also the pond with the lotus flowers which is quite impressive (in summer, in spring there are no plants visible) and close by 2 shrines and a temple. Loads to see when taking a nice stroll through the park. Very much recommend visiting!
