  • One of the scene from the famous hit movie in japan, “Your name” is taken at this museum. There are a cafe at each floor. Also, there’s an art library at the third floor. Mainly in Japanese. Reviewed this at 2018. Now here’s the new one. Still classy. Elegant. And photogenic! I recommend you for the visit. But because of the coronavirus pandemic, there’s some time changed for its opening time. So just have to pay some attention.
  • Absolutely terrible service. Left an expensive umbrella at their umbrella stand and phoned to ask them to hold on to it until tomorrow. Was refused, told it's my own responsibility and they can't walk 10 steps on THEIR OWN PROPERTY to pick up the umbrella. Where's the famous Japanese hospitality? Apparently their politeness only applies to blasting keigo around and not actually being helpful. Sad, because the building and the exhibitions are very good.
