Kuchu Teien Observatory, Osaka

A historical work of the people here. The building is very meaningful and symbolic here. At the top we can see the beautiful city of Osaka.

Really beautiful view. Like everyone else says, it's best to come during sunset. The sky is gorgeous. If you come in the winter, come prepared with some warm clothes. The ticket to enter the observatory place is ¥1,500. They've got the little love lock fence where you can buy a lock and lock it to the fence, although I don't know how much they cost. They have a gift shop up there with some souvenirs andna lot of Japan themed goodies. They also have a cafe so you can make the most out of your money by chilling inside and enjoying the view.
