The food court is full of yummy food. Don’t settle for one place. Graze and eat a little from each. Great place to spend and hour or two.

Nice place connecting to station. There are 2 Oyaki shops which are really good. Must try.

Had lunch of local Nagano delicacies and bought some souvenirs on the way back. Pretty new and convenient location in the station itself. Much options for gifts, that I was spending too much time wondering what to get!
