A time capsule of early Fogo settlers. Excellent displays and information. The local guide gave a wonderful tour of the building, it's contents and it's family.

What a lovely museum and polite and knowledgeable guide! I really appreciate that this museum is kept open because I don’t think they get many visitors. It is worth the time so don’t pass it up. It..... more

It is a lovely little museum. The house is beautiful and our tour guide, Nathan, was the best we saw on the whole of Fogo Island. He was enthusiastic, professional, and knowledgeable.
