4 days in Phnom Penh Itinerary

On the confluence of two major rivers, Phnom Penh occupies a scenic location largely responsible for its nickname the "Charming City." On a trip to Phnom Penh you'll discover one of Asia's most dynamic cities, where the natives live much of their lives outdoors, on the streets, and in the bustling markets filled with scents of spicy foods.

For shopping fun, head to Russian Market or Central Mall. Step off the beaten path and head to Mekong River and Phnom Chisor. Take a break from Phnom Penh with a short trip to Heng Naysim Tranditional Cambodian Weaving House in Kandal Steung, about 52 minutes away. Spend the 12th (Fri) wandering through the wild on a nature and wildlife tour. There's lots more to do: relax and rejuvenate at some of the best spas, pause for some photo ops at Independence Monument, get some fabulous bargains at Factory Outlet Store, and take in the local highlights with Walking tours.

If you are flying in from Singapore, the closest major aiport is Phnom Penh International Airport. In July, plan for daily highs up to 39°C, and evening lows to 29°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 14th (Sun) to allow enough time to travel back home.
