Tokyo holds the status of most populous metropolitan area in the world--a fact you'll find tangible as you walk the bustling streets and explore its diverse neighborhoods and cultures.
When in Tokyo, make a side trip to see Tokyo DisneySea in Maihama, approximately Maihama away. There's lots more to do: take in nature's colorful creations at Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, walk around Ueno Park, admire the striking features of Tokyo Tower, and visit Akihabara.

Karuizawa-machi

The only city in the world to have hosted both summer and winter Olympics, the resort town of Karuizawa-machi boasts clean air, impressive mountain scenery, and many outdoor activities and hot springs.
Kick off your visit on the 22nd (Thu): contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Sentoji Temple, stroll around Hanareyama Park, then browse the different shops at Karuizawa prince shopping plaza, and finally walk around Yukawa Furusato Park.

Osaka

Kick off your visit on the 25th (Sun): take a stroll through Dotombori District, don't miss a visit to Ukiyokoji Street, and then get in on the family fun at Universal Studios Japan. On your second day here, explore the historical opulence of Osaka Castle, then walk around Kemasakuranomiya Park, then get up close and personal with brilliant marine life at Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan, and finally enjoy breathtaking views from Kuchu Teien Observatory.
