Ao Kiu Na Nok, Ko Samet

#9 of 10 in Beaches in Ko Samet
Beach · Hidden Gem · Nature / Park
White sand, turquoise water, and peace and quiet come together at Ao Kiu Na Nok. This tranquil beach area offers a welcome retreat from the dance music-pumping tendencies of its nearby counterparts. Here the natural scenery and lush palm trees have been preserved in lieu of bars, restaurants, and shopping. The beach is relatively untouched and uncrowded, but does offer jet ski, canoe, kayak, and parasailing rental options. Just off shore, popular diving and snorkeling spots draw visitors with their bright corals and colorful schools of fish. • This beach is apart of Samed Island, Trand Province, Thailand. If you want to visit here you should stay at Paradee resort coz the beach is in front of this resort. It's very nice in the morning.  more »
  • The snorkel was quite poor for Thai standards (we went there in July), the water was milky with suspended sediment and the corals were not so impressive. The year before we went to the lower Gulf in the same month and the conditions were much better there.
  • Nice for coral. A little dirty and beach small. Resort staff not friendly. Ok just....
