  • Lovely visit on a fine day. It wasn’t as faraway as we thought. A quiet walk through a residential area to the temple.
  • Famous for their Maneki Neko cat statues of all sizes from big to small, this is located in a small section of this shrine. While there are many, photos give no perspective with the overall area of these statues being no bigger than 1/4 of a Japanese train carriage. Great for a novel experience if you want to see these statues up close, you can contribute to buy your own from the shrine store on temple grounds, however beware as this place does get overcrowded with visitors trying to get their photos.
