Nice outlet mall in Saitama outside of Tokyo. Pretty huge.. unless you know where you’re going, good luck finding the stores you want to visit. Great spot if you are spending all day. They have a movie theatre and lots of dining options too!

Very famous shopping mall for anything you need, i was there for a birthday lunch and had a nice experience with friends, parking is free for 5 hours and it is a very big car park. you can find almost anything, we find a very good buffet for very cheap price as compared to food variations and quality
